First off, thank you so much for signing up to the VIP subscription!
Below are the most commonly asked questions and full info is below, if you can’t see the answer you’re looking for, just ping me a message and I’ll get back to you ASAP.
Message replies: I reply to most messages within 1 working day, but please allow 2. If I have replied and need to action something for you e.g. adding missed points, investigating order issues, then please allow a few extra days. I know this is a pain for you, but I have a full client diary and run the website by myself daily, and some messages require a little extra time. All admin is cleared on a Friday/Saturday, so if you haven’t heard anything by then, then please send a little nudge.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE MESSAGES via different channels e.g. the website, Facebook, email etc. Every message is responded to and multiple messages will just slow down the process.
