Attach the candy ball with clear acrylic to the nail.
Using glue and bling on I attach a swarovski trail using the princess collection swarovskis, tiara cluster set, opal wheel and metallic wheel.
To create a candy ball it’s a simple layering technique of builder gel, gel polish or gel paint/ acrylic paint.
Starting with a needle point dotting tool, I dip it into hard gel rolling the dotting tool between my fingers to create a ball then curing it in the lamp continually rolling the dotting tool making sure all sides are cured.
I added caviar beads as my centre, again dipping it into hard gel, rolling and curing.
I dipped a couple more times to create a rounder ball.
I then created petals using a bright red gel polish on either side of the ball, again rolling and curing.
Add a layer or two of gel between the petals.
After two more lots of lighter petals, with layers of hard gel in between I add darker red gel polish petals to finish off the petal layering. Using a darker colour on the outside really gives the candy ball depth!
Once these petals are cured I add top coat ready for adding 3D petals!
